Bedrooms I and 2 share main bathroom that includes a frameless shower, vanity, cabinet mirror and WC. It will also have in the future a claw foot bath and a gas flame fire in the original fireplace.

Bedroom 3 has it's own dedicated bathroom that includes frameless shower, vanity, cabinet mirror, WC and under floor heating.

Kitchen
Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, cooktop, rangehood, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. The limestone floor has under tile heating.

Laundry
Laundry is fully equipped with front loading washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board as well as a clothes line in the backyard.
